Dom Bethancourt is a hometown ballplayer turned coach who brings real-world experience and genuine passion to every lesson. A former college and professional player, Dom now trains athletes across the greater Sacramento area to play with confidence, purpose, and swagger.

From youth just learning the game to high-school players chasing college dreams, his mission is simple — teach the work ethic, mindset, and discipline it takes to DOMinate on and off the field.

When I first met Dom I was playing just one or two innings during a weekend tournament. My contact at the plate was non-existent and I struggled with routine plays in the field. Thanks to consistent lessons with Dom, I am now batting second in the lineup, a permanent fixture in the field, and looking forward to playing on my high school team. This wouldn’t have been possible without Dom. He has prepared me both mentally and physically for the next level of baseball.
